About The Position

Benesch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts across our Southeast Region, specifically focused on hiring initiatives within Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Based in our Chicago corporate office, this role will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and attract the professionals needed to support continued growth across the region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys identifying and engaging talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing efforts. This individual will partner closely with business leaders to influence hiring decisions, strengthen talent pipelines, and help attract the professionals who support the infrastructure projects and services communities rely on every day. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while supporting an ENR Top 100 engineering consulting firm in a stable and growing industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience within the AEC industry required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an agency recruiting environment.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and business groups.
  • Strong sourcing and direct outreach experience, including passive candidate recruitment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience developing and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing technologies.
