Responsibilities

  • Partners with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruiting strategies.
  • Sources candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
  • Conducts pre-screening and interviews and recommends candidates to hiring managers.
  • Schedules interviews and ensures timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Completes background checks, reference checks, and new hire documentation.
  • Prepares offer letters and ensures pre employment requirements are met.
  • Maintains job postings, applicant tracking, and accurate recruiting data.
  • Facilitates pre hire onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data integrity, and compliance processes.
  • Manages relationships with external recruiting vendors and staffing agencies to support hiring needs.
  • Stays current on recruiting trends, labor market insights, and emerging tools and technologies.
  • Maintains job descriptions.
  • Supports workers’ compensation reporting.
  • Supports departmental administrative processes, special projects, and engagement events.
  • Is responsible for adhering to operational controls, including compliance with all required regulations and policies such as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to ensure the safety and soundness of the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union and its members.
