About The Position
Our Huntsville-based client is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an in-office job in Huntsville with some hybrid flexibility. The successful candidate will support a mid-sized and growing test, technology and engineering company serving the Department of Defense. This role will involve leading and optimizing the full-cycle recruitment process. You will partner closely with hiring managers, apply strategic sourcing methods, and represent our client with professionalism and care.
