We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs through to onboarding new hires. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and selecting high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects our organizational culture.

Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in corporate setting, with focus on professionals and shared services roles.
  • Experience in full recruitment cycle.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media, resume databases).
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and standards applicable to recruitment.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a varied portfolio of positions, from sourcing to hire.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Write and post compelling job advertisements across appropriate platforms (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates using a range of search techniques and tools.
  • Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with relevant teams.
  • Maintain diligent candidate follow-up throughout the process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Negotiate job offers and coordinate the reference and background check process.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date and produce reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
