About The Position

SwiftX is a technology-driven last-mile logistics company dedicated to building an efficient and reliable delivery network across the United States. We partner with regional warehouses and Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to provide fast, scalable logistics solutions while leveraging technology to optimize operations. As we continue to expand nationwide, we're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract and hire top talent across our operations and corporate teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations roles is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using ATS systems (Workable preferred) is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions across multiple U.S. markets.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, interview conversion, time-to-fill, and hiring effectiveness.
• Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved guidelines, and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruiting, and recruiting events as needed.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute ideas to increase hiring efficiency.
