About The Position
The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides proactive, front-line recruiting support while collaborating with business stakeholders. The role is a six-month contract that may be converted to full-time depending on business needs and the successful candidate. It is based on-site in the Midland-Odessa office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of progressive recruiting experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SuccessFactors, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Engage candidates who actively apply.
- Source passive candidates.
- Screen applicants based on provided criteria.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual interviews.
- Collect feedback from interviewers.
- Coordinate next steps with the HR Business Partner.
