All Roads has 45+ dealerships located in 11 states. We provide a fast-paced, high volume environment where you will assist candidates and provide an exceptional employment experience. Use your prior experience of attracting top talent and your excellent communication skills to make an immediate impact! Bilingual Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Create effective sourcing pipelines for current and future openings. Prior experience with Jobvite helpful.
• Execute recruiting strategies for open positions utilizing best practices.
• Assist as needed with the pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...)
• Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering manager and candidate requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Other duties as needed.
