Corgan is actively recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the firm in our Dallas office to be focused on sourcing exceptional talent for our expanding business. This position is best suited for a high paced, hands-on individual who is driven by a strategic and collaborative recruiting approach. Partner with a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to source and build a candidate pipeline.
  • Demonstrated capacity to successfully manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong technical and business acumen; demonstrated ownership of recruiting metrics; generating, interpreting and communicating reporting data; applicant tracking and systems experience.
  • Superior relationship management skills with the ability to establish positive and professional rapport quickly with candidates, hiring managers, peers, and HR team.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced culture.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in our Dallas office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract passive and active candidates for critical roles while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Partner with internal client including hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements, provide progress updates, offer consultative recruiting practices and deliver top talent.
  • Facilitate candidate workflow including sourcing, applicant review, interview coordination, candidate pre-screens, etc.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media outreach, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Track and report sourcing metrics, providing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current on industry trends, labor market data, and emerging sourcing tools and technologies.
  • Able to participate in and manage projects.
  • Other duties as needed.
