The position is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional passionate about attracting talent and delivering an outstanding candidate experience, owning the full recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organization's workforce by identifying, engaging, and hiring high-calibre engineers, while also supporting employer branding, workforce planning, and long-term organizational growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys hiring across different functions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real impact in a growing multidisciplinary consultancy.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates across various disciplines and seniority levels.
  • Track record managing high-volume recruitment (8+ simultaneous roles) with competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working minimum 3 days per week in our Dublin office, flexibility required.
  • Technical or engineering recruitment experience (M&E, construction, data centre, pharmaceutical, technical consultancy) with understanding of technical terminology and engineering qualifications.
  • Background in high-growth scaling environments (50-200+ employees).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment databases.
  • Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to assess candidates holistically for capability, cultural fit, and potential across diverse roles.

  • Experience using recruitment metrics and analytics to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling candidate outreach.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Sound judgment and quick decision-making abilities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Proactive self-starter who spots opportunities and takes initiative.
  • Genuinely curious and enjoys understanding different roles across the business.
  • Resilient and adaptable - comfortable with variety and pace.
  • Collaborative team player who also works effectively independently.
  • Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Understanding that recruitment is about building relationships, not just filling roles.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry events, and creative channels to build robust pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Screening candidates through conversations that assess both their capabilities and cultural fit with Ethos.

  • Crafting compelling job advertisements and outreach messages that make talented people want to work at Ethos.
  • Implementing creative sourcing strategies that reach diverse talent pools and reduce our dependency on recruitment agencies.
  • Representing Ethos at university career fairs, industry networking events, and professional meetups.
