About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and selecting candidates across various skill sets including manufacturing, operations, engineering, IT, and corporate. You will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's diversity initiatives, maintaining professional relationships, and ensuring compliance with equal opportunity guidelines.

Requirements

  • Full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting a variety of skill sets such as manufacturing, operations, engineering, IT, and corporate.
  • Solid knowledge of basic Human Resources laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social media for recruitment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, HRIS systems, and E-recruiting.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and select candidates, formulating employment offers.
  • Adhere to the recruitment model and facilitate recruitment strategy meetings.
  • Determine sourcing strategies, select advertising venues, and place ads.
  • Proactively seek diverse candidates in alignment with diversity initiatives.
  • Screen resumes for minimum qualifications and conduct initial interviews.
  • Facilitate discussions with hiring authorities to select the best candidates.
  • Extend employment offers and enter applicant data into the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Communicate with internal hiring authorities regarding the status of positions.
  • Monitor department interview processes to prevent discriminatory practices.
  • Maintain relationships with applicants, candidates, and employees.
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain a list of vendors and fee schedules.
  • Participate in projects related to recruitment, including supporting diversity objectives.
