The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a human resources professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent into clinical and non-clinical positions within the organization. Collaborates and consults with hiring managers on strategic and tactical talent acquisition plans designed to meet the business objectives of the unit or department. Executes talent acquisition processes that are consistent with the Hospital’s strategic goals and objectives. Works collaboratively as a member of the Human Resources team to receive HR visitors, communicate HR policies and procedures, and direct staff to appropriate HR team member to resolve issues. Provides excellent customer service while maintaining the highest level of security and confidentiality possible.
