About The Position

Gensler is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for our Northwest Region. This individual will be based in our San Francisco office and will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across the region while partnering closely with studio leadership and the regional talent acquisition team. Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the Architecture, Design, Engineering, or AEC industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday and/or Avature CRM experience preferred
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates and leveraging industry networks
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting practices

Responsibilities

  • Support talent acquisition efforts across the Northwest Region
  • Attend weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers to discuss current studio hiring needs
  • Network with and engage top industry talent to recruit them to Gensler
  • Partner with the regional talent acquisition team to review applicants for open positions
  • Coordinate and conduct phone screens for qualified candidates
  • Manage Workday recruiting functions, including opening roles, dispositioning candidates, and closing requisitions
  • Consult with Studio Leaders regarding candidate negotiations and offer recommendations
  • Assist with recruiting outreach efforts for the Summer Internship Program
  • Maintain and update compensation and staffing reports related to hiring activity
