About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top talent for our Roseville team. This on-site role partners with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand staffing needs and identify candidates who align with our culture and values. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and relationship-building skills, a commitment to an exceptional candidate experience, and full-cycle recruiting experience across Engineering (ME, EE, ChemE, EEE, MS), Facilities (ME, EE), Electronics/Mechatronics (AS), IT and hourly roles, including technicians, mechanics, and production positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including Engineering, IT and non-exempt roles.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience with SmartRecruiters preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the focus on maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
  • Knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding coordination.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and recruitment partners.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, records and reporting through ATS platform.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews and fill positions efficiently.
  • Participate in employer branding activities and represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and time-to-fill.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of hiring progress and pipeline activity.
