  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload with discipline and urgency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting skilled trades, field service, or technical roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Background in industrial services, field service, or construction-related industries.
  • Experience with campus or trade school recruiting programs.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, including job boards, industry networks, social platforms, and creative outreach channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-priority roles, including commission-based Outside Sales Representatives, GC Sales Representatives, Residential Sales Representatives, and Commercial Door & Dock Technicians.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing DuraServ as an employer of choice in competitive markets.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle using ADP Workforce Now, including job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing feedback, extending offers, and ensuring candidates are ready for Day 1.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, setting expectations, managing timelines, providing market feedback, and addressing process delays.
  • Fill roles with urgency and precision, aiming for under 40 days for priority positions.
  • Manage high-volume workloads across multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
  • Stay agile and adapt to shifting priorities, including leadership realignments, changes in role scope, or urgent openings.
  • Support campus recruiting events and job fairs, representing Talent Acquisition with energy and professionalism.
