Talent Acquisition Specialist

FoodaChicago, IL
$70,000 - $80,000Remote

About The Position

As the dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist for Fooda’s SM2 (Amazon) program, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for the program team and partner-facing roles as we stand up the program ahead of the 2027 launch wave. You are a strong communicator and relationship builder who can influence hiring decisions and deliver an excellent candidate experience, and you use data and insights to continuously improve your approach.
