About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. As an essential part of our recruiting team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building strong talent pipelines and delivering a seamless, positive experience for every candidate. In this role, you’ll support our hiring efforts by sourcing top talent, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and can adapt to multiple roles and shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination.
  • SaaS experience is required.
  • Strong experience in resume review, candidate sourcing, and screening.
  • Previous experience with Greenhouse, Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter required.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strongly prefer candidates in the central or eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Review high-volume candidate resumes, quickly identifying qualified talent for open roles.
  • Assist recruiters with proactive sourcing for selected positions using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and target candidate profiles.
  • Maintain accurate records of pipelines, outreach, and sourcing activities to support reporting and data-driven decisions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (including complex panel schedules) between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage job requisitions in Greenhouse, including opening roles, sending kickoff forms, and final close-outs.
  • Post job opportunities on internal and external platforms (Webflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).
  • Assist in building and maintaining interview stages and scorecards and for each role
  • Send, track, and collect new hire and candidate feedback surveys
  • Schedule post-hire check-ins to support employee engagement and retention.
