This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong, diverse talent pipeline in a fast-paced, production-driven environment that requires excellent time management, prioritization, and the consistent achievement of recruiting targets. The role requires significant in-office presence, extensive travel, and the ability to balance high external engagement with measurable recruiting performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (required)
  • Prior experience in the AEC industry (required)
  • Familiarity with employment practices and recruiting compliance
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally as required

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions across the South East Region
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment metrics while managing multiple requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation within the applicant tracking system.
  • Document interviews, candidate evaluations, and job offers in compliance with company practices.
  • Maintain and update job postings on the corporate website and relevant industry job boards.
  • Design and manage candidate correspondence, including emails and offer-related communications.
  • Support and participate in monthly events, client-facing initiatives, and strategic engagements.
  • Attend and represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach activities, including local and national events.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support statewide talent acquisition and organizational growth initiatives.
