About The Position

Founded in 1953, Aerosonic has grown to be a leader in aviation instrumentation and avionics equipment – including air data systems, standby displays, digital and mechanical standby instruments, sensors and probes. Our customers include the major manufacturers of today’s civil, military and business fixed-wing and rotorcraft platforms, as well as all branches of the US military forces. We are currently seeking an on-site, experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Clearwater, FL facility.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of solid recruiting experience with proven success in sourcing and hiring for both exempt and non-exempt roles
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and ATS (applicant tracking systems)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, results-driven mindset
• Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction
