About The Position
US Advisors is seeking a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from developing talent acquisition strategies to recruiting new hires on our Federal contractor engagements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other Talent-related fields at a Federal contracting company providing professional services to agencies like the Department of Homeland Security.
- Ability to commute to our locations nationwide on an as-needed basis.
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws in California and any other state in the U.S.
- Ability to build rapport with all employees.
- Strong organizational skills and management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to pass a Federal background investigation for a security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy for all new projects
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees nationwide
- Onboard and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values, and policies and create SOPs as required
- Provide management with requested reports and analytical trends
- Coordinate events focused on employee recruitment, retention, and recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files and all HR records.
