Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
  • A proven track record in outreach, relationship-building, and pipeline management.
  • The ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM and ATS platforms.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for connecting great people with meaningful careers.

Responsibilities

  • Source & Recruit: Use creative strategies and direct outreach to connect with top-tier veterinarians.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep candidate pipelines organized and moving forward in our CRM and ATS.
  • Collaborate: Partner with Senior TA Specialists for seamless handoffs and work closely with Lead Veterinary Partners to craft customized job ads and coordinate offers.
  • Engage Candidates: Conduct intake calls, interviews (phone & video), and maintain clear, detailed candidate notes.
  • Align Teams: Communicate with field leaders and third-party recruiters to ensure alignment on lead ownership.
  • Event Participation: Represent CityVet at recruiting events and conferences, actively engaging with potential candidates.
  • Follow-Up: Support post-event follow-up, lead capture, and ongoing candidate engagement.
