Requirements

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated experience in sourcing qualified candidates required, preferably in the A/E Industry.
  • Must have a demonstrated understanding of both the recruiting and sales processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop overall Corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan, in conjunction with HR Representatives.
  • Identify strategic sources for talent including both experienced candidates and campus recruits.
  • Engage in the recruitment process, including sourcing, recruitment, screenings, interviews, and may include offer extension.
  • Recruit using both conventional networking and tech-savvy methods and techniques to consistently source and deliver candidates with critical skill sets.
  • Work in conjunction with HR Representatives and Business Units to prioritize staffing and develop strategy tailored to the specific need.
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers and recruiting vendors by analyzing hiring priorities and develop staffing plans for current and future job openings.
  • Work with HR Representatives and Business Units to improve the hiring process by providing timely feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain relationships with high potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of the A/E marketplace to recommend strategies and tactics to ensure competitiveness in attracting talent.
  • Identify new and creative means for sourcing high quality candidates with proposed skill sets.
  • Track effectiveness of recruitment efforts for ROI and make recommendations on future means, methods, and techniques.
  • Attend job fairs, industry networking events and targeted community events to cultivate new relationships with potential candidates in the A/E field.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Valid driver's license required. May be waived for international assignments.
