About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Per Diem Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who prefers a flexible schedule and can step in to manage hiring needs for the expansion of our ABA clinic. The Per Diem Recruiter will play a critical role in actively identifying, engaging, and securing new hires for the Behavioral Technician Role.

Requirements

Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house); healthcare, education, or corporate recruiting experience preferred
Strong headhunting and direct sourcing skills; familiarity with Boolean search, networking, and talent mapping
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS tools, and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work on-call, evenings, or weekends if required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Partner with Clinical Director and Managing Partners to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Post job openings on various job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
Proactively source and headhunt passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, resume databases, networking, and cold outreach.
Screen and evaluate candidates through resumes, phone interviews, and assessments.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and HR team.
Assist with offer negotiations and the onboarding process, when needed.
Support recruitment projects or events such as job fairs, open houses, or seasonal hiring drives.
