About The Position

Metaprise is building the next-generation Financial Operating System — powered by AI Agents, SmartFlow automation, AR/AP intelligence, and knowledge-graph-driven orchestration. Our mission is to create the financial nervous system for modern enterprises. As we continue to scale our Sales organization, we are hiring Talent Acquisition professionals who can help us build a high-performing team. We are looking for driven, detail-oriented, and high-ownership TA specialists to support end-to-end hiring for Sales roles, including SDR, AE, Sales Ops, and Solution Architecture. This role can be full-time, part-time, or internship and offers a highly dynamic environment with fast execution cycles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in TA, HR, recruiting, staffing, or Sales
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable)
  • Experience hiring in SaaS, tech, or startup environments
  • Strong writing skills for job postings and candidate communication

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings, sourcing, and candidate pipelines across LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools.
  • Conduct initial screening calls using standardized qualification frameworks.
  • Assess candidates’ communication, sales mindset, and role fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and maintain smooth scheduling.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for SDR/AE/Sales Ops roles.
  • Track progress across all hiring stages and ensure high response time.
  • Maintain accurate data in our ATS and candidate tracking systems.
  • Support offer preparation and closing workflows.
  • Develop and refine job descriptions, interview scorecards, and SOPs.
  • Maintain TA dashboards and metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, etc.).
  • Help build a scalable talent acquisition engine with high consistency and speed.
  • Create clear, engaging recruitment messaging for LinkedIn and talent communities.
  • Support light employer branding initiatives.
