Requirements
- Recruiting experience with proven hiring success
- HR experience in employee relations, onboarding, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
