About The Position

The position provides administrative and operational support for talent acquisition activities within the Early Career space. It executes routine recruiting tasks under close supervision to support candidate flow and hiring processes. Truist will not sponsor an applicant for work visa status or employment authorization, nor will we offer any immigration-related support for this position. This includes, but is not limited to: H-1B, F-1 OPT F-1 STEM OPT F-1 CPT J-1 TN-1 TN-2 E-3 O-1 Future sponsorship for U.S. lawful permanent residence status. The candidate must be located in or willing to self-relocate to Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA. Truist 'in office' requirement is 5 days per week. No full remote or relocation assistance available at this time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative or HR support experience

Nice To Haves

  • Coordinate high-volume campus recruiting logistics
  • Partner with recruiters and program teams to support multiple early career programs simultaneously, maintaining organization across overlapping timelines and hiring cycles
  • Assist in the execution of enterprise recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, onboarding) with a proven ability to manage logistics and deliver a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Operate with a project management mindset that demonstrates an ability to own processes end-to-end — driving organization, identifying gaps, and improving efficiency across a fast-moving area
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday, Phenom) and Microsoft Office suite of products

Responsibilities

  • Posts job requisitions and supports basic candidate tracking
  • Schedules interviews and coordinates logistics
  • Maintains candidate records and recruiting documentation
  • Responds to routine candidate and hiring manager inquiries
  • Supports onboarding and pre-employment activities
