Requirements

2+ years of experience in talent sourcing within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry.
Technically proficient and comfortable leveraging AI and modern recruiting technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proven ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a hunter mindset for identifying and engaging top talent.
Professional, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Demonstrated success sourcing specialized candidates and filling difficult-to-recruit positions.
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, talent databases, and other modern sourcing tools.
Experience in marketing employment opportunities and negotiating offers.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Proactively source and identify top talent through a variety of recruiting channels and networking strategies.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive and active candidates, creating a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Engage candidates to understand their technical qualifications, career goals, and alignment with Citadel CPM's culture.
Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop strategic sourcing plans and recruiting initiatives.
Utilize AI, recruiting technologies, and advanced search techniques to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate quality.
Professionally represent Citadel CPM throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and trustworthy candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
