Candidates with experience in parallel industries and transferable sourcing skills are also encouraged to apply. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and screening qualified candidates to support the organization’s hiring needs. This role partners closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build talent pipelines, support active requisitions, and ensure an efficient, consistent recruiting process.
