About The Position

Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking disciplined enthusiastic Talent Recruiting Sourcer to join our Talent Recruiting Team. In this role, you will be partnering closely with the recruiters by identifying, screening, and scheduling candidates for our open positions. You will utilize the ATS systems to the full capacity ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates are moved through the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (ADP, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
  • Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more.
  • English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong research and sourcing skills across multiple platforms
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and building reports to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and take initiative in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates through platforms such as ADP, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial outreach and engagement to assess candidate interest and fit
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone or video interviews as needed
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by representing the company positively in candidate communications
  • Stay up to date on sourcing trends, tools, and market insights
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
