About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer plays a critical role in identifying qualified professionals, generating high-quality job ads, and supporting our recruiters by performing the first level of candidate engagement and qualification. This role blends research, marketing, analytics, and sourcing strategy to ensure our team remains competitive in the industry.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or staffing support required.
  • Strong research abilities and comfort working with data.
  • Excellent written communication skills (especially for job ads and outreach messages).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn job boards, basic spreadsheets, and online tools.
  • Research and sourcing experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create, post, and optimize job ads on Indeed and other platforms to drive candidate traffic.
  • Search for and identify qualified candidates using job boards, internal tools, and Boolean search strategies.
  • Send outreach messages, track responses, and maintain communication with potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in internal systems.
  • Update candidate records, job postings, and sourcing logs.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, credentialing, and leadership to support overall pipeline flow.
