As our Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and build strong talent pipelines for positions designated by your leader. This role is focused on the front end of the recruiting process, with an emphasis on market research, candidate identification, outreach, and pipeline development across your assigned region. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure a consistent flow of high quality, qualified candidates while driving efficiency, creativity, and data driven sourcing practices. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the business, the roles being sourced, and the external talent market, along with the ability to speak in data and manage sourcing funnels effectively.
