The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is a pipeline-focused role responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for hard-to-fill positions across all lines of business within the insurance industry. This role operates as a strategic pipeline investment, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) to reduce time-to-fill, improve candidate quality, and build bench strength in critical talent segments. The ideal candidate brings prior sourcing, recruiting research, or direct recruiting experience—preferably within the insurance or financial services industry—and understands how to navigate niche talent markets, build sustained candidate relationships, and deliver qualified pipeline at scale.
