Requirements
- 1+ years of recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination or related experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to research, identify and engage potential candidates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates and leaders at all levels
- Strong written communication skills, particularly for candidate outreach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, responsive and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced recruiting environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS and/or recruiting CRM preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with Corporate Recruiters to source and identify qualified candidates for open positions using LinkedIn, Phenom and other recruiting tools
- Conduct candidate research and build targeted talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles
- Review resumes and assist recruiters with initial candidate identification and outreach
- Support candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruiting process
- Assist with interview scheduling and coordination as needed
- Maintain accurate candidate information and activity within recruiting systems
- Assist with recruiting reports, trackers and pipeline updates
- Provide additional recruiting and administrative support to the Corporate TA team as needed
