Come build with us! We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top-tier engineering talent across GPU and SoC development domains for SARC/ACL. In this individual contributor role, you will own proactive talent mapping and pipeline development for complex, hard-to-fill technical positions, collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to shape recruitment strategy and influence hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong semiconductor market insight, a creative and data-driven sourcing approach beyond traditional techniques, and a proven ability to engage highly experienced, passive engineering talent.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with 2+ years supporting semiconductor R&D, hardware engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Proven experience sourcing for GPU, SoC, Architecture, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, or related silicon engineering functions.
  • Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive talent in competitive semiconductor markets.
  • Advanced expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor talent landscapes and key competitors.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence highly experienced technical talent.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full sourcing strategy and execution for complex semiconductor R&D roles by defining target profiles, building high-quality pipelines, and aligning to hiring priorities across various GPU, SoC, and system-level engineering teams.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search, talent mapping, and market intelligence, to identify and engage passive candidates across GPU, CPU, NPU, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, Performance/Power, and Architecture domains.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, crafting compelling messaging to engage and influence senior technical talent while strengthening SARC/ACL’s branding presence in competitive talent markets.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches, share real-time market insights, and continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines while tracking and analyzing sourcing metrics to optimize channel effectiveness and inform recruiting strategy for current and future hiring needs.
