Your Role: The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is an exciting opportunity for a talent acquisition professional interested in working with our AI, Data, and Software Engineering teams across Toronto, New York City, and beyond. We are a fast-paced, high-growth company headquartered in NYC. You will source top technical talent candidates and build proactive candidate pipelines for our growing Technology team across all locations, with a primary focus on AI, Software Engineering, QA, IT, Data, and Product roles. The position directly reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology, located in New York.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 3+ years relevant technology sourcing experience in an agency or corporate environment. Preference will be given to candidates who have sourced for AI Engineer roles.
  • Confidence in building and executing independent sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Experience sourcing in a fast-paced environment for hard-to-fill Engineering roles
  • Strong expertise in sourcing AI talent, with a deep understanding of the technical skill sets, tools, and candidate profiles required for AI-focused roles
  • Proven ability working with different tech roles: AI, QA, IT, and Product
  • Ability to work independently with flexibility and accountability
  • Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse tech talent pipelines
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source top talent for AI Engineer and other senior technical positions, leveraging advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to align on role requirements and market insights
  • Use Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS), and other recruiting tools to track applicants and manage workflow
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates and conduct initial screening interviews
