About The Position

You will analyze recruiting data and trends to uncover insights that improve hiring efficiency and reporting effectiveness. You will collaborate on reporting enhancement initiatives that streamline processes and strengthen operational performance. You will support talent acquisition projects by tracking progress, identifying risks, and helping drive successful outcomes.
