About The Position

ABM is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Facilities Management & Skilled Trades to join our dynamic team and assist in attracting and retaining top talent to support our growing business in the Cleveland Markets! This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (in-office Mon-Thu) located in our office at 1459 Hamilton Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114. As an ABM Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional professionals in the facilities management and commercial skilled trades fields. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment life cycle. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization is staffed with the right individuals who can contribute to our success.
