Requirements

Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
Strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of social media, Indeed, LinkedIn, ADP preferred
Understanding of human resources policies and practices
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize for high volume requisition load
Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruitment for multi-site locations, with at least one (1) year of healthcare recruiting experience
Must be living in FL and able to participate in on-site career fairs and occasional trips to HQ in Palm Beach Gardens for events and summits.
