About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for biomedical technician roles. This position focuses on sourcing, vetting, and placing highly qualified candidates while building strong relationships with both applicants and internal stakeholders. You will leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to create a robust talent pipeline. The role requires balancing multiple priorities, conducting technical screenings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support workforce growth and deliver top talent efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your recruitment efforts directly impact business success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience sourcing and recruiting BMET professionals.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including social platform recruiting and crafting Boolean search strings.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job description development to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Ability to perform technical interviews at a fundamental level.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong candidate relationships.
  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • experience with DoD BMET community, government contracting, or iCIMS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer management.
  • Proactively source BMET candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of entry to senior-level biomedical technician professionals.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical and soft skills.
  • Promote the company brand through outreach to relevant communities, technical schools, and professional associations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System and manage ongoing communications with applicants.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies and create target lists of top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience for all applicants, regardless of hiring outcome.
