About The Position
The Talent Acquisition Contractor will assist the current team with all aspects of hiring. The role offers the opportunity to work in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging environment. The position supports recruiting across various departments, manages candidates through the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, contributes to recruiting projects, and provides a high-quality candidate experience. Employees in this role work in the office Monday through Thursday and may work remotely on Friday.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated ability to assess candidate resumes and conduct screening calls before introducing profiles to the lead recruiter.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Support senior recruiters in filling roles across various departments by reviewing and sourcing resumes, screening and qualifying candidates, and recommending candidates to hiring managers.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline through creative job postings and sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidates through stages in the Greenhouse ATS and ensure candidate data is accurate.
- Assist with ongoing HR team projects, including diversity, candidate experience, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry recruiting trends to identify the skillsets of top candidates.
- Provide a white-glove recruiting experience to prospective candidates.
Benefits
- Hourly pay range of $35.00 to $50.00 per hour.
- Work remotely on Fridays; in-office work Monday through Thursday.
