Reporting to the EMEA Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be based in Paris and play a key role in identifying and attracting talent, with a particular focus on Tech and Digital functions. We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, based in Paris Your opportunity As a member of a dynamic and international team, you will lead the entire recruitment process in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will contribute to building a strong and inclusive talent pipeline while continuously improving our sourcing strategies and the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in recruitment, with the ability to independently manage strategic assignments
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong internal client orientation
  • Awareness of Diversity & Inclusion issues and commitment to ethical standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Workday
  • Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or experience in the Tech/Digital sector (e.g., tech company, IT consulting firm) is a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define needs, set priorities, and contribute to sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, evaluation, and offer management.
  • Provide market insights and identify key trends, particularly for Tech and Digital profiles.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Support managers in their communication throughout the recruitment process to enhance employer branding.
  • Participate in cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ensure rigorous use of our ATS (Workday) and produce regular reports on recruitment KPIs.
