About The Position

OPENLANE is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This role is responsible for hiring top talent for the organization and requires experience in strategic recruitment, hiring support, relationship building, and full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, proactively seek solutions to hiring needs, and be able to establish credibility and rapport with hiring partners. Experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment across the United States is preferred. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to US hiring managers, developing strategies to engage passive talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized US roles, act as a brand ambassador, provide strategic market insights, support TA operations, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and manage stakeholder relationships. This role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and collaborates with various HR departments, hiring partners, and business leaders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in a dynamic recruiting role that requires influencing and partnership to accomplish goals.
  • Experience recruiting across the United States.
  • Solid Computer skills, including Google Workspace.
  • Experience using Workday.
  • Track record of developing partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with an innate ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities.
  • Strong commitment to data accuracy and adherence to recruitment process standards.
  • A demonstrated desire to learn specific business needs and success criteria.

  • Experience in recruiting and hiring for various roles across the organization, including para-professional, professional, and specialized groups such as IT or Sales.
  • Experience working in high volume and demanding environments such as an agency.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized US roles across various functions, including high-level screening, interview coordination, and complex offer negotiation.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Establish relationships with candidates through social networking, industry relationships, internal and external referrals, and other means as they develop.
  • Provide Strategic Market Insights: Partner with hiring managers to provide compensation data, labor market intelligence, and structural suggestions to improve candidate attraction for critical positions.
  • Support TA Operations: Partner with team members and leadership on special projects to build and sustain strategies to continuously deliver a high level of customer service to the organization and meet our goals and objectives.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Develop specialized sourcing strategies (e.g., industry-specific networking, passive outreach) to build pipelines for key positions, reducing reactive fulfillment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain credibility with business leaders by consistently communicating results, managing expectations, and driving a consistent, positive hiring experience.
