As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our GTM and G&A teams. You’ll own the full lifecycle of recruiting—sourcing, vetting, and hiring top talent—while building strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers. By driving a consistent and data-driven process, you’ll help ensure we hire the best people to fuel our growth. You’re an adaptable, results-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited to help scale an AI-driven SaaS company with $300M+ in ARR. You’ll partner with a high-caliber executive team and board with a strong track record of building and scaling enterprise SaaS businesses, including leadership experience from Google, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Okta, SAP Concur, and T-Mobile.
