We’re looking for a driven recruiter who can: Source and attract quality candidates (sales reps, appointment setters, consultants) Conduct structured phone screening Qualify candidates based on performance potential Move fast and maintain hiring pipelines Help us build a disciplined, high-performance culture You must be proactive, organized, and comfortable holding people to high standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing and attracting candidates for sales and call center roles
  • Ability to conduct structured phone screenings with a focus on identifying high-potential candidates
  • Proven track record of maintaining and managing hiring pipelines efficiently
  • Strong understanding of performance-based candidate qualification
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and build relationships with potential candidates
  • Experience in fostering a disciplined, high-performance culture within teams
  • You must be proactive, organized, and comfortable holding people to high standards.
