About The Position

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence Division (Hexagon) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, University & Early Careers, to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. This role will focus on driving early-career talent initiatives including university recruitment, internship programs, new graduate hiring, and career fair strategies while supporting special projects that advance Hexagon's global talent acquisition objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting emerging talent to meaningful career opportunities, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys building relationships with students, faculty, and internal stakeholders across regions.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on university or early-career hiring.
  • Demonstrated passion for university recruitment and developing early talent.
  • Ability to travel for on-campus events and career fairs during seasonal recruitment periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with comfort engaging diverse stakeholders from students to senior leaders.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

  • Create, lead, and manage university and early careers recruitment efforts, including internships, co-ops, and new graduate programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend career fairs and campus events to build our brand visibility and talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to identify early-career hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Engage with universities, student organizations, and career centers to strengthen employer presence, including partnering with university contacts to participate in and schedule company-specific events.
  • Oversee full lifecycle recruitment processes for intern and graduate roles, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Track, analyze, and report on early-career recruiting and diversity metrics and ROI from events and campaigns.
  • Support special projects and global initiatives led by the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, focused on process optimization, technology enablement, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure a high-touch, inclusive, and positive experience for every candidate and campus partner.
