About The Position

The Global Talent Acquisition Team are seeking a high performing Talent Acquisition Partner to join them on a 6-month assignment. This is a full-time role and will be based ON SITE at our Chatsworth (CA) facility. Possibility of conversion to permanent for the right candidate. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong relationships, and drives recruitment outcomes with purpose and precision. Requirements

  • Proven full-lifecycle recruiter (in-house preferred)
  • Sharp communicator with a “get-it-done” mindset — no hand-holding needed.
  • Someone who’s worked in dynamic, high-growth environments and isn’t cycling through contracts.
  • Confident, agile, and trusted by stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process — from briefing to offer.

  • Keep hiring on track with clear updates, data-driven insights, and smart process management.
