Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Position Highlights: The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts while aligning hiring strategies with business objectives. This role owns the end-to-end recruitment process and provides market insights, ensuring high-quality hires and an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry or similar fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on hiring strategy and execution
  • Strong sourcing capability, including passive candidate generation
  • Demonstrated ability use an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred) for documenting, tracking and reporting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital recruiting tools
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relationship-building and consultative skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand business goals and translate them into effective hiring strategies
  • Advise stakeholders on role scoping, candidate profiles, and market realities to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
  • Provide insights on talent market trends, competitive landscape, and hiring best practices
  • Influence and guide hiring managers on interview strategy, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions
  • Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
  • Lead intake discussions to align on role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies
  • Proactively develop and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality recruiting process across roles, teams, and business units
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping
  • Maintain regular communication cadence with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, providing updates, insights, and recommendations
  • Manage hiring timelines, drive accountability, and proactively address delays or challenges in the recruiting process
  • Track, report, and maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating company culture, values, and opportunities to candidates
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and documentation standards while identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
