About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for the company: recruiting, screening, and recommending qualified placements using creative sourcing methods to meet specific company objectives. The Talent Acquisition department is a team that works toward shared goals and shared success, with passion for what they do, focusing on what truly moves the needle, being customer-focused, having an ownership mentality, and working smart by being resourceful, efficient, scrappy, and data-driven.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of progressive recruiting experience
Two years of ATS experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to sit at a desk, utilize a computer, telephone, and other basic office equipment is required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or Society for Human Resources-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, conducting reference and background checks, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve staffing goals.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the recruiting process.
Utilize effective and up-to-date recruiting methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.
Develop and maintain advertising programs that leverage the employer brand strategy.
Support all compliance program activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure adherence to all federal and state laws and regulations.
Manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
