About The Position

As an IT Talent Acquisition Partner at Cetera Financial Group, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for technology and IT roles, partnering closely with IT leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to deliver high-quality technical talent. You will act as a trusted advisor—driving sourcing strategy, influencing hiring decisions, and continuously improving the candidate and stakeholder experience. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with in-office expectations on Mondays, Tuesdays, and the 1st & 3rd Fridays of the month.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on IT and technical roles
  • Proven ability to source and hire specialized technical talent
  • Strong stakeholder partnership and consultative communication skills
  • Highly organized and data-driven; proficient in MS Excel
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or Taleo experience
  • Financial services or regulated-industry recruiting experience
  • Background in both agency and corporate recruiting
  • Experience supporting multi-location or distributed IT teams

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for IT and technology roles, including engineering, infrastructure, security, data, applications, and IT operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and recruiting strategies
  • Proactively source and engage passive technical talent
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess technical capability and culture fit
  • Manage interview coordination and provide offer guidance and negotiation support
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future IT hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting best practices and employment regulations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition team
