About The Position
We're looking to add a Talent Acquisition Partner to our Buchanan recruiting team! This role is all about recruiting top-performing sales talent. If you're the type of recruiter who loves sourcing passive candidates, building relationships, and landing candidates that everyone else wishes they had, I want to talk to you. This isn't a "post a job and wait" recruiting position. We're looking for someone who enjoys the hunt, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and thrives on finding exceptional talent before anyone else does. At Buchanan, recruiting is more than filling openings—it's one of the biggest drivers of our growth. You'll work directly with leadership, have the freedom to build recruiting strategies, and play a key role in helping us continue to grow.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting sales professionals
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
- Competitive, relationship-driven, and loves a challenge
Nice To Haves
- Experience recruiting in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, staffing, or another high-volume sales environment
