About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing scalable talent acquisition strategies that support the organization’s growth. This role will build foundational recruiting processes, introduce innovative candidate selection methods, and partner closely with leaders to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes. As the organization expands, this position is expected to evolve into a Talent Acquisition Manager role with increased leadership and strategic responsibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-growth or evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building or refining recruitment processes and candidate selection methodologies.
  • Strong capability in stakeholder management, communication, and strategic partnership with business leaders.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Innovative, proactive mindset with a passion for modern hiring practices.
  • Ability to report to the Fridley, MN office daily.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing or optimizing ATS or HR technology platforms.
  • Background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent intelligence.
  • Exposure to leadership development, coaching, or mentoring responsibilities.
  • Prior involvement in building or scaling a Talent Acquisition function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring quality, consistency, and an excellent candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, develop role profiles, and establish effective sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Develop and implement modern, innovative selection techniques, including: Skills- and competency-based assessments Structured and behavioral interviewing frameworks Technology-driven screening and evaluation tools
  • Build and document Talent Acquisition processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting playbooks, interview guides, and hiring manager training materials.
  • Evaluate the current ATS, sourcing platforms, and assessment tools; recommend and support implementation of new technologies.
  • Establish data-driven recruitment practices, including tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience scores.
  • Design and maintain a consistent, equitable, and engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate on employer brand positioning, including job description optimization, recruitment campaigns, and talent community engagement.
  • Create standardized communications and process flows to ensure a seamless and professional hiring journey.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on talent insights, market conditions, and hiring best practices.
  • Facilitate training sessions for hiring managers on interviewing skills, selection methodologies, and recruitment process adherence.
  • Take on increasing responsibilities in workforce planning, TA strategy development, and department oversight.
  • Prepare to step into the Talent Acquisition Manager role as the TA function scales, including mentoring future team members.
